📋 Description

• Establish and develop best practices for Project Managers within the Integrations team. • Support the Director of Integrations on process improvement, change management, and wider company initiatives. • Line manage, support, and coach Project Managers. • Contribute to technical and business integrations with clients, directly or through other Project Managers. • Oversee project collections, anticipate issues and dependencies, and escalate project risks. • Develop client relationships, chair client-facing meetings, resolve complex requirements, and manage escalations. • Assist with prioritisation, goal setting, and client expectation management. • Maintain project documentation and promote knowledge sharing. • Engage with the Product team by sharing feature suggestions and client scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of line management experience. • Project management experience in a technical or integrations environment, with exposure to complex products or solutions. • A track record of process improvement, and experience in instigating change within a team and across teams. • Exceptional communication skills – both internally and client-facing. • The ability to direct and lead others confidently, and comfortable having difficult conversations when needed. • Analytical with great attention to detail. • Pragmatic problem solver and solutions-oriented. • Strong commercial awareness. • Must pass pre-employment checks, including unspent criminal convictions, employment verification, and right to work.
