📋 Description

• Lead implementations across the entire product stack, focusing on frontend and/or backend • End-to-end development of new modules and features for the customer-facing web product • Contribute to planning, architecting, implementation, testing, code review and maintenance • Work directly with technical cofounders and cross-functional engineering team • Build data + SaaS platform features for compensation benchmarking and new modules (0-1 and scaling work)

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a software engineer • Ability to make senior level contributions writing in TypeScript • Ability to make senior level contributions writing in React • Ability to make senior level contributions writing in PostgreSQL • Bonus points for experience in high velocity and technically challenging roles • Willingness/ability to commute to London Camden office twice a week (hybrid requirement) • Right to work in the UK (question on application form)
