📋 Description

• The Construction Project Manager manages a wide variety of projects ranging in size and complexity by assisting in the development of appropriate business cases, outlining costs, budgets, resources, time frames and any other related requirements, such as technical and functional specifications. • In addition to that they oversee the development of real estate for one or multiple Regions and supporting Operations in their business needs. This is a remote role.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience managing large commercial or industrial type projects with budgets in excess of 5 million dollars • Relevant college level education or a trades background with equivalent proven experience • Knowledge of budgets, progress and performance, change management and estimating • Capability to provide leadership and coordination to project team members • Must be PC literate and experienced with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and other relevant software. • Comfortable with 35% travel.
