📋 Description

• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales • Participate in targeted outbound campaigns to help move the larger fleet • Sell inventory generated by the fleet advisor team • Jointly own quarterly GTV goals and post-lead funnel optimization • Reduce time from lead to sale, targeting less than two weeks • Ensure machine sales go smoothly for buyers, targeting an NPS above 8 after three months • Ensure final sales prices do not degrade to reserve, targeting a price above 1.5X Liquidation Value • Funnel product and service feedback to product teams for continuous improvement • Build systems and processes for the inside sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable negotiating • Strong two-way communications skills • High natural optimism • Good CRM system hygiene • Pattern of exceeding quota • Enthusiastic tech tool user • Able to clearly articulate how their CRM augments their sales process and outreach • Machine knowledge / industry background is nice to have, but can be built over time • High integrity and customer-partnership orientation • Personal ownership of customer experience issues and team performance • Willingness to perform tasks of any size for the customer • Eye toward increasing performance and hunger to outperform • Startup experience is a plus • Pattern of success and achievement • Strong desire and need to win
