📋 Description

• Assist the RCX Sports Events department with event field operations, including equipment coordination and shipping, travel coordination plans, event itineraries, and event materials • Coordinate 1099 event staff, interns, and volunteers for RCX Sports events • Support on-site station setup and oversight • Manage the Events inventory process to ensure events are properly equipped • Manage events email inboxes, including event promotion, registration communications, and customer support • Prepare and analyze event data and provide finalized reports to management and executive teams • Coordinate with facilities and vendors, including securing rentals and supporting event schedule creation • Collaborate with external partners, including NFL clubs and other stakeholders, on event logistics and communication • Assist with event integration conceptualization and execution of key initiatives • Routinely move event materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds • Support additional responsibilities and special projects related to RCX Sports Events properties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required) • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds • Availability to work weekends or travel based on event dates • Working knowledge of event operations (preferred) • Experience as a college athlete or coach (preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners • Ability to think critically under pressure • Experience managing multiple tasks across systems and deadlines • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter mindset • Passion for enhancing youth sports • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
