📋 Description

• Support and learn to operate and provision critical workloads (Redis, Elasticsearch, queues, databases, etc.) in large-scale environments; • Contribute to implementing and improving automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), performing supervised updates on infrastructure projects (e.g., Terraform projects); • Collaborate on system observability, learning to use tools (such as Datadog) to create dashboards, configure alerts, and analyze logs, metrics, and tracing; • Actively participate in troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis activities to promote product reliability; • Learn and apply engineering patterns, SLOs, SLIs, and SRE best practices to make the infrastructure simpler, faster, and more secure.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Linux; • Some prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); • Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes); • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery); • Awareness of observability, automation, monitoring, and software engineering concepts; • Analytical and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technical skills.
