• Perform complete, reconciled monthly financial reconciliations for event revenue streams and related revenue blocks; • Process accurate payments to vendors, acquirers (payment processors) and payment gateways within established deadlines; • Monitor and validate the monthly revenue budget, ensuring costs are up-to-date and compliant; • Record and dispute chargebacks in a structured manner to minimize financial losses; • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports on revenue performance to FP&A and audit teams.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for building controls and cross-referencing data; • Practical knowledge of basic financial flows, including payments, invoices and month-end closing routines; • Experience with financial reconciliation processes; • Understanding of billing and SaaS models, including recurrence, price adjustments and billing rules; • Proficiency in SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI, Looker) for querying data and creating dashboards.
