📋 Description

• Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services for circa 3000 employees • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, complex calculations, data management, and query resolution • Calculate adjustments, including back pay, termination payments, and statutory leave • Validate calculations and resolve discrepancies before final sign-off • Maintain payroll records and system updates (Zellis) • Process statutory documentation and manage leaver holiday data • Administer payroll overpayment arrangements and ensure compliance with internal controls • Resolve complex payroll queries for employees and managers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a payroll administration role • Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, and statutory entitlements) • Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential data appropriately • Experience using Zellis or similar payroll software (Desirable)
