📋 Description

• Evolve Reach's data lake • Create new data ingestion processes • Monitor existing data processes • Build and maintain ingestion frameworks • Design robust Python data ingestion processes from APIs, S3 and SFTP • Use AWS Athena, Iceberg, Parquet, Glue, Lambda, ECS and Redshift • Provision AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code • Implement observability mechanisms for data reliability • Partner with analysts, product managers and business teams to ensure seamless data delivery • Articulate technical design decisions clearly • Write comprehensive documentation • Enforce unit testing standards • Champion data quality, inclusion and non-discrimination

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Python, including Pandas and AWS Wrangler • Strong SQL, including DDL and DML • Deep expertise in AWS Athena, Glue, S3, Lambda, ECS and Redshift • Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) • Experience with unit testing for data workflows • Experience with pipeline observability • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners • Ability to foster collaboration across teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
