• Originate new business by assisting to develop new and existing customer relationships and communicate Reactivate’s story to key customers and stakeholders • Support execution of deal strategies and assist with market analysis • Prepare and review financial models, customer proposals and various deal materials for power purchase and offtake agreements • Conduct targeted outreach to develop new business opportunities and relationships • Identify and assess potential changing market dynamics or fundamental drivers that could impact price • Analyze and develop different structures for the customer including risk mitigation solutions to ensure effective risk management assessment • Support deal execution – draft term sheets, assist in negotiations and manage internal reviews • Collaborate with Legal, FP&A and Asset Management to ensure alignment throughout transaction lifecycle • Prepare materials for internal leadership review and periodic market updates
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Master’s degree preferred • Demonstrated track record of selling power • Experience in community solar and distributed generation (DG) markets, projects or related resources • 3-5 years of experience in energy origination, structured transactions, PPAs or related commercial energy roles • Demonstrates an excellent understanding of US power markets and an ability to assess, evaluate, and offer insights into evolving market conditions • Possess a working knowledge of RTO operations, electric transmission and power generation and storage technologies • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills, including substantial experience in proposal and presentation preparation • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, familiarity with CRMs
