📋 Description

• Provide financial and business advice to the CFOO and various budget leaders • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports • Manage a team to maximize student outcomes through efficient allocation of financial resources • Prepare monthly reporting of financial performance and variance analysis • Lead annual budgeting process and monthly forecast process • Collaborate with budget owners, development teams, and the regional operations team on cash flow forecasts

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant job experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) • 3+ years of people management and leadership experience in the finance sector • Experience managing a team within a finance department • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting • At least an intermediate experience level in Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of financial planning software (e.g. Adaptive, Hyperion, Cognos) strongly preferred • Ability to prove eligibility to work legally in the U.S. and that you are at least 18 years of age
