📋 Description

• Develop user guides, API documentation, release notes, tutorials, and training materials for new product features • Lead the full documentation lifecycle, from planning and content development through publication and maintenance • Partner with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences • Define and enforce documentation standards, templates, and style guidelines to ensure consistency • Maintain and update content in documentation systems (MadCap Flare, DITA) and version control (Git, GitLab) • Drive continuous improvements in documentation structure, usability, and delivery • Create onboarding and training materials for internal and external users • Participate in Agile development processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional technical writing experience • Proven track record leading documentation projects independently. • Expert proficiency with content development tools such as MadCap Flare, DITA, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms. • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git version control. • Proven ability to thrive in Agile environments using tools like Jira, GitLab, and Confluence. • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail. • Remote but must be willing to work EST hours. • Bonus if you have VoIP experience
