📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement. • Create engaging and visually appealing content — including graphics, videos, reels, and captions — aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives. • Design creative assets such as social media posts, infographics, digital ads, banners, and presentation decks, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across campaigns. • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, and recommend actionable improvements. • Stay updated with current design trends, social media algorithms, creative tools, and best practices to keep the brand’s content relevant and engaging. • Run paid ad campaigns and manage budgets effectively, optimizing creatives and targeting to maximize ROI. • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback to foster community relationships and strengthen brand loyalty. • Work with internal teams to align design and content with broader marketing strategies, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and brand materials. • Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to create high-quality visual content optimized for digital platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools • Creative skills in content creation (Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools preferred) • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within 80 hours/month • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
