📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex client XR software projects, ensuring successful outcomes from initiation through completion. • Coordinate internal teams while managing project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with company standards and client requirements. • Foster strong client relationships through clear, professional communication that drives satisfaction and long-term partnership. • Align project priorities with client objectives, delivering measurable value through efficient and dependable execution. • Identify and mitigate risks early, implementing practical solutions to keep projects on scope, on schedule, and within budget. • Track and report progress continuously, providing transparent updates on performance and key milestones to all stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field. • 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing software project management, with a proven record of delivering complex projects for enterprise clients. • Demonstrated ability to lead performance-driven, cross-functional, international teams while setting a strong professional example. • Deep knowledge of industry standards, tools, methodologies, and best practices in software project management, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills under pressure. • Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or hands-on experience with VR/XR/MR technologies is a plus.
