📋 Description
• Plan and organize daily and weekly deliverables based on priorities. • Translate commercial planning into strategic operational plans. • Manage schedules and workflows in ClickUp. • Lead quick alignment meetings, daily stand-ups, and progress reviews. • Monitor deadlines, KPIs, and operational performance. • Track KPIs with the traffic/ad-ops team: CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rate. • Create and consolidate weekly technical reports. • Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. • Review the quality of deliverables across traffic, copy, and design. • Ensure clarity and predictability in communications with the Customer Success (CS) team. • Support leadership in prioritization and strategic organization of requests.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in related fields is a strong plus (Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or similar). • At least 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or team coordination in marketing, advertising, technology, or digital agency environments. • Proficiency with ClickUp and spreadsheets. • Understanding of digital metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion). • Understanding of the workflow across traffic/ad-ops, copy, and design. • Organized, clear communicator, strong sense of ownership, and agility. • Resilience and ability to make decisions. • Intermediate English. • Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp.
