📋 Description

• Maintain and develop core feature set and services for Rebuy’s platform • Design, develop, and release new product features for Cart & Merchandising and Checkout teams • Build highly visible, user-facing features using React/Next.js from Figma prototypes • Ensure consistent and performant end user experience and web/browser performance • Contribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and frontend frameworks/tools • Participate in code reviews, mentor other frontend developers, and provide actionable feedback • Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure features meet quality and performance standards • Collaborate with Product Owner, Engineering Manager, Support, and other developers to refine requirements, estimate effort, and troubleshoot production issues

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years hands-on experience building full-stack applications with Next.js or React • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), React ecosystem, Next.js best practices, Vue, CSS, Tailwind, and back-end architectural patterns • Strong understanding of a performant SaaS environment • Experience in a Scrum/Agile environment • Experience with Atlassian suite, including Jira and Bitbucket • Familiarity with BigTable, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Shopify REST/GraphQL API, and Angular (preferred) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication skills and ability to break down complex problems • Positive, self-motivated, problem-solver passionate about e-commerce • Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada (application asks about work eligibility)
