📋 Description

• Make high-volume outbound calls to customers who have completed free trials. • Present the product and subscription service clearly, persuasively, and professionally. • Handle objections calmly and guide hesitant customers toward a positive decision. • Support customers struggling to continue their plan and resolve basic account or billing queries. • Monitor personal call and conversion performance. • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. • Share insights, tips, and best practices with the wider team. • Build rapport quickly and maintain a friendly, professional tone. • Deliver consistent, high-quality interactions that reflect the brand values. • Adapt to customer needs while maintaining focus on retention goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous outbound sales, retention, or call-centre experience preferred. • Strong communication skills, confident articulation, and commercial awareness. • Self-motivated, organised, and resilient under pressure. • Ability to handle objections and influence customer decisions positively. • Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and processes. • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills. • Persuasive and consultative sales approach. • Resilience and ability to work to clear targets. • Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. • Team player who shares insights and supports colleagues.
