📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to provide essential administrative and operational assistance to a sales function. • You’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role that ensures sales run smoothly, clients feel supported, and the team can focus on closing deals. • This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things running efficiently and delivering an excellent customer experience. • Responsibilities: Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing Conduct post-sale follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and resolve any queries Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and assist with sales reporting Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries and direct them to the right channels Liaise between departments to ensure smooth communication and task flow
🎯 Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, administration, or customer service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities • Confident with Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools, and other productivity platforms • Fast learner with a can-do, solution-focused mindset • Reliable fibre internet, laptop, and headset
