📋 Description

• Provide first-class customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally • Guide clients through services to ensure a smooth and seamless user experience • Troubleshoot technical concerns and offer effective solutions • Stay up to date with products, services, and policies to deliver accurate assistance • Record and manage client interactions in the support system for reporting and follow-ups • Partner with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve the customer journey • Contribute to the creation of support resources, including FAQs and user guides • Track and analyze support trends to recommend improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience or 2 years in a customer-facing role • Background in Forex trading (1+ year) is a strong advantage • Fluent in English (advanced or near-native level) • Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, German, Tagalog, Hindi, Portuguese, etc.) is a plus • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced team • Proficient with customer support tools and software • Ability to stay resilient and multitask effectively under pressure • Ability to work remotely with a service agreement
