📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for frontend and backend applications. • Build and optimize testing frameworks aligned with the tech stack (TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS) • Develop automated tests covering API, UI, integration, end-to-end, and performance scenarios. • Collaborate closely with Software Engineers to ensure features are testable, reliable, and delivered with quality. • Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation. • Identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Participate in code reviews, offering insight on testability and automation improvements. • Improve, optimise, and refactor existing automated tests for performance and stability. • Contribute to overall QA strategy and champion best practices across the engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, SDET, or similar role. • Strong proficiency with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Mocha, or equivalent). • Solid experience testing applications built with TypeScript. • Hands-on experience with API automation, especially with RESTful and GraphQL services. • Understanding of Next.js, NestJS, or similar front/back frameworks. • Experience testing serverless or microservice-based systems (e.g., using AWS Lambda). • Strong knowledge of MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with AWS environments for test execution and integration. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.). • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
