•Create quality measurements to track improvement in efficiency and accuracy •Develop quality assurance standards and company processes •Adhere to company quality and process standards •Ensure Cyberbackers meet expectations and demand •Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing •Ensure that all cashflow are tracked and counter-checked before payout •Respond to inquiries during and after payout •Help the team in addressing disputes •Create a process that will possibly minimize or eliminate discrepancies
