📋 Description

• Responsible for timely updates of all contract pricing into the contract management database • Maintain exception reports analyzing pricing and membership information • Troubleshoot contract discrepancies with distribution centers • Communicate effectively with customers/suppliers/external partners • Utilize dashboards to identify, compare, and reconcile information within contracts • Analyze variance contracts returned by Supplier • Reconcile chargebacks in accordance with approved guidelines • Manage Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolio for suppliers • Support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technology project as required

🎯 Requirements

• Requires broad training in business administration or accounting obtained through a two-year degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of three (3) years related experience in a fast-paced accounts receivable environment • Strong understanding of Contracts & Chargebacks preferred • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail • Strong analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Power BI • Expertise in SAP is desirable
