📋 Description

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across multiple environments • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization • Configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs • Maintain system integrity and ensure data quality across all environments • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis within the Salesforce platform • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, developers, architects, and third-party vendors • Report progress and escalate issues to project leadership as needed • Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Create and maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user guides • Build dashboards and reports using Salesforce reporting tools • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud (Experience Cloud preferred) • Familiarity with integrations (SAP, EDI, Mulesoft) and analytics concepts • Previous Salesforce development experience is a plus • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required) • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (preferred) • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred)
