📋 Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative digital solutions within our self-serve ecosystem. • Define product direction, manage priorities, and ensure delivery of high-value solutions. • Establish product vision, roadmap, and solution scope through continuous exploration and feedback. • Own and prioritize the product group backlog, including epics and features. • Mobilize cross-functional product teams and oversee quarterly level progress. • Introduce and apply best practices to enhance product performance and user experience. • Drive product development in alignment with agile methodologies and technology standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred • 5 or more years in product management or technical leadership roles, with an emphasis on finance and transformative programs • 10 or more years of proven experience managing digital products and self-service platforms • Strong understanding of agile frameworks and software development lifecycle • Requires in-depth change management and product delivery experience • Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Prior experience working on a global transformation - highly desired
