• Record daily financial transactions accurately and promptly. • Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly. • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. • Assist with payroll preparation and related reconciliations. • Prepare and deliver basic financial reports and summaries for management. • Maintain accurate, well-organised, and up-to-date financial records. • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and relevant regulations. • Provide ad-hoc support for finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
• 1–3 years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related finance role • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly in writing and over video/phone calls • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks • Previous experience working remotely or in a part-time/small-business finance environment is advantageous.
