📋 Description

• Act as the primary link between customers and gardeners • Respond to enquiries and engage with new leads • Prepare and issue customer quotes • Schedule and manage bookings • Provide subcontractor gardeners with clear job details • Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets • Communicate via WhatsApp and BookingKoala • Escalate queries or operational issues when required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, BookingKoala(training provided) • Exceptionally well organised with strong attention to detail • Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets • Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to problem-solve independently • Administration, scheduling, or customer service experience • Gardening or landscaping exposure (not essential)
