• Manage and monitor team workflow using our practice management software • Support day-to-day team operations and facilitate client onboarding (including AML compliance) • Ensure the practice management dashboard is consistently updated with onboarding status, client changes, scope updates, and activity linked to accurate billing • Lead process improvements and implement cloud-based software solutions • Act as the key liaison with external software providers and support teams • Identify operational gaps and drive automation or optimisation solutions • Oversee project rollouts relating to HMRC and Companies House changes, including changes in tax legislation • Ensure client communications, milestones, actions, and timelines are properly coordinated and delivered • Track progress, highlight risks, and report updates to leadership • Monitor performance and workflow at a high level across accounting, admin, marketing, and operations • Conduct periodic 1-to-1 check-ins with team members to address challenges, progress, and development • Support alignment, collaboration, and accountability across the team
• Prior experience in a professional services environment is strongly preferred, with a focus on operational, project, or team management • Strong organisational and project management skills • Tech-savvy with experience implementing cloud-based tools or systems • Prior team leadership or management experience • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple functions • Solution-focused mindset with the ability to drive improvements and anticipate operational needs • Fully operational home office
