📋 Description

• Identify, research, and qualify resellers and system integrators aligned to the public sector growth strategy • Own partner pipeline data accuracy and reporting in CRM • Support partners through public sector sales cycles, including opportunity identification, RFP navigation, and deal progression • Build competitive positioning and talking points for law enforcement and emergency response use cases • Serve as a consistent point of contact for a defined partner portfolio • Track partner performance against sourced revenue and deal volume targets • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales on partner-facing messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field • Minimum 3 years of direct, verifiable experience in B2B channel partnerships, business development, or partner-facing sales • Experience specifically within enterprise software or SaaS; agency, services, or staff augmentation experience does not qualify • Demonstrated, quantifiable contribution to revenue outcomes, including specific pipeline dollars sourced, partner deals closed, or quota attainment • Working CRM proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar • Ability to describe personal pipeline management process • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Based in or able to work US business hours • Authorized to work in the US • Existing relationships with resellers, system integrators, or GovTech vendors strongly preferred • Direct exposure to public sector or public safety sales cycles strongly preferred • Familiarity with government procurement concepts such as RFP/RFI, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and CJIS strongly preferred • Selected candidates may be required to complete background and fingerprint-based screening • Selected candidates may be required to complete CJIS security awareness training • Selected candidates may be required to sign confidentiality and security agreements depending on territory and customer assignment
