📋 Description

• Support the purchasing management team with day-to-day operational tasks and strategic matters. • Contribute to procurement projects (e.g., process optimization, market analyses, supplier research). • Prepare presentations, reports and decision papers. • Plan, organize and follow up on meetings and workshops. • Assist with coordinating and planning business trips and appointments. • Serve as a communication interface with internal departments and external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field. • Alternatively: opportunity for a voluntary internship during a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's studies. • Strong interest in procurement/purchasing and in strategic as well as organizational topics. • Structured, reliable and independent work style. • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to getting things moving. • Very good communication skills in German and English. • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
