📋 Description

• Build modern frontend experiences for the Retail Media platform across campaign management, advertiser self-service, and other AdTech products • Own end-to-end frontend delivery • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate scalable APIs • Deliver high-quality user experiences • Create complex web applications for reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, wallet integrations, and CRM metadata integrations • Contribute to the greenfield engineering transition from outsourced development to an in-house engineering organization • Help define future frontend architecture • Work across multiple AdTech domains before specialization into dedicated product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript • Experience building complex production web applications • Solid experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs • Ability to work across the frontend/backend boundary • Experience working in fast-growing product environments • Experience taking ownership beyond strict frontend responsibilities • Experience collaborating with Product, UX, and Backend Engineering • Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, or retail platforms is advantageous • Exposure to CMS, CRM integrations, self-service platforms, or Node.js/NestJS is advantageous • Experience with the listed technology stack, including React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Koa.js, NestJS, MongoDB, Redis, BullMQ, RabbitMQ, Algolia, Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), Google Cloud Platform, CircleCI, ArgoCD, and modern ad-serving platform integrations
