📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of the Enterprise Release Management process • Establish standardized governance, release calendars and best practices across Enterprise Systems • Coordinate complex cross-functional releases with business, technical, delivery, QA and external stakeholders • Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and manage dependencies, risks, approvals and implementation planning • Provide stakeholder transparency throughout release preparation and delivery • Introduce standards, templates and documentation in Jira and Confluence • Continuously improve release maturity, reliability, standardization and coordination • Support future automation and modern release practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management or Project Management • Experience working within complex Enterprise Systems environments • Experience coordinating releases across ERP platforms such as D365 F&O, AX, SAP or similar • Understanding of cross-system dependency management without owning technical deployment • Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence • Experience with structured release governance • Ability to align business and technology stakeholders around common release objectives
