📋 Description

• Design and execute high-quality, high-impact qualitative and quantitative research studies, focusing on a mix of foundational, generative work and evaluative work. • Drive communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners, including engineering, data science, design, product/program management, etc. • Drive product strategy across product pillars via actionable insights. • Drive organizational strategy through a deep understanding of complex systems + workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience conducting UX research. • A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods (or both), including when and how to apply them during each product development phase. • Detail-oriented and able to work independently. • Experience leading strategy within large and diverse cross-functional teams. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills. • Can prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible, adapting to changing priorities.
