📋 Description
• lead and drive cross-functional initiatives that span multiple technical teams • own and drive technical programs in the Ads Monetization engineering space • partner with engineering leaders across the company to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs, and risks related to the programs you own
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of collective experience in engineering and program management roles • at least 4 years focused on digital ads platforms or ads monetization • strong communication and influencing skills • a team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization • proactive and curious by nature • technical depth and judgment • analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
