📋 Description

• Showcase experience as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the life sciences industry • Design novel and innovative solutions for clients • Secure profitable business through sourcing, selling, and leading projects • Contribute to firm growth and development • Cultivate a strong understanding of clients’ needs, translating these into bespoke service offerings • Oversee the design, development and implementation of solutions • Secure and lead a $3 million annual book of business • Generate thought leadership to capitalize on industry trends • Lead and develop multiple delivery teams across various accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences or business-related fields • 10+ years in management consulting, advisory and/or strategy and change management specifically for Life Sciences • A strong history of successfully selling, delivering and growing consulting revenues with a track record of sourced sales exceeding at least $3 million in the previous 2-3 years • Demonstrated experience and expertise in Medical Affairs and Strategy • Executive presence • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, both verbal and written • Ability to leverage external network to improve market positioning • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities • Ability to lead client work and accounts • Ability to attract, retain, mentor and grow team members • Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
