📋 Description

• Oversee the successful implementation and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions for Red River customers • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and design customized Microsoft 365 solutions • Develop comprehensive deployment plans outlining necessary steps, timelines, and resources • Lead the deployment process by executing planned activities such as installation, configuration, and integration of Microsoft 365 components • Identify and resolve technical challenges during the deployment process • Provide training and support to customer’s end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in a large, diverse, consulting environment • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 solutions, including hybrid architectures • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Purview (Information Protection, Records Management, DLP) • Working knowledge of on-premises architecture (Active Directory, Exchange Server, Certificate Services, Network Policy) and hybrid deployments • Technical proficiency including systems experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, JSON, ADMX backed policy creation; KQL query language experience is a plus • Knowledge of governance best practices and frameworks: CMMC, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS
