📋 Description
• Co-manage the whole company • Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation • Direct the development of the company’s product and service offers that meet customers’ needs • Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation • Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record: 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a startup environment • 3+ years as a CPO, Product Manager, or Product Owner • Strong understanding of AI technology and trends • Proven experience in building products from scratch, including MVP development • Hands-on experience with agile product development, user validation, and iteration • Strong business acumen and ability to define go-to-market and growth strategies • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills • Fluent in Polish and English • Entrepreneurial mindset and founder-level commitment • Nice to have: Prior experience working on AI/ML-based products • Understanding of B2B procurement processes and purchasing automation • Background in international teams or global product rollouts
