📋 Description

• provide a dedicated, high level of service to all travelers and travel bookers • manage workload to meet deadlines • demonstrate understanding of account processes and adapt quickly • work with the client’s Global Travel Manager on policy matters • demonstrate proactive thinking and consultative approach • advise on Passport and Visa requirements • apply Quality Control procedures in line with ISO27001 and PCI compliance • recommend and procure ancillary products as required • good knowledge of high-speed domestic and intercontinental rail options

🎯 Requirements

• fluent in English (excellent verbal and written) • experience and knowledge of pre-trip approval systems • manage own tickets issuance for both Air and Eurostar • calculate own reissues and changes in a timely manner • exceptional telephone manner and good written skills • effective use of resources to complete tasks to agreed deadlines • continuous record of experience in a core business travel environment • minimum qualification level to Fares & Ticketing VAII (formally BA2) • conversant with GDS systems; Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus • good knowledge of domestic and European rail provider frameworks • comprehensive knowledge of travel industry products • knowledge of Low-Cost Carriers in the market • experience of mixed mode booking tools • team player approach • experience in using MS Word and Excel • excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail • ability to work in a pressurized environment and adapt to travel request volumes • flexible approach to working environment • ability to build rapport with clients
