📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a Tech Project Manager to join our team in Argentina. • In this role, you will lead technical implementations and manage cross-functional teams working with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot. • You'll be responsible for overseeing the integration of marketing automation tools and technologies such as Zapier, Airtable, Octopus, and various email marketing platforms. • Your goal will be to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce and digital marketing projects, optimizing workflows and delivering high-impact solutions for our clients. • Responsibilities E-commerce Platform Implementations : Lead end-to-end implementations on platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems. • Email Marketing Integration : Oversee the integration and optimization of email marketing platforms, ensuring effective communication strategies are in place. • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of projects. • Task Organization : Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, manage workloads, and prioritize client requests effectively. • Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Project Management Experience : Minimum of 2 years in project management roles within e-commerce or digital product development environments. • Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with APIs and integrations. • Platform Expertise : Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (including Shopify Plus), WordPress, and Webflow. • Email Marketing Tools : Proficiency in integrating and managing email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools. • Agile Methodologies : Experience working within Agile frameworks, conducting Scrum ceremonies, and utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for task management. • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Nice to have: Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications. • Global Project Experience : Experience managing projects across multiple international markets, understanding regional legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements. • Analytical Skills : Ability to leverage analytics to measure site performance and recommend enhancements to meet business goals.
