• Spearhead the Direct Sales efforts of Refinery89 in Brazil. • Close trading agreements with digital ad agencies in Brazil. • Build and manage a pipeline of clients in Brazil. • Conduct research to identify potential target clients and determine their needs. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new business. • Present Refinery89's value proposition to clients and agencies and explain the benefits of partnering with us. • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital display and video ad sales. • Existing network with connections in agencies and direct clients in Brazil. • Knowledge of the programmatic marketplace and landscape. • Unmatched communication and negotiation skills. • An unstoppable drive to succeed and achieve what you set out to do. • Excellent social and interpersonal skills. • Native Portuguese and excellent English oral and written skills.
