📋 Description

• Lead development of products end-to-end, from conception through development and rollout • Responsible for every aspect of products, from concept to go-to-market and post launch • Understand markets, competition, and user needs and translate into product problems to solve • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and work with engineering, AI/ML, and design partners • Prioritize product decisions by communicating costs and benefits • Deliver solutions aligned with company values of Security, Customer impact, Long-term mindset, Innovation and Inclusion

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building beloved consumer products and/or B2B software • Experience building and launching AI-powered products (or side projects demonstrating this) • Ability to go deep with users and customers to understand needs and motivations • Strategic and principled thinker with strong data-informed decision making • Technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions • Relentlessly curious and willing to learn new businesses and technologies • Ownership mentality — runs towards fires and pitches in where needed • Strong communication skills with empathy, rigor and precision • Extremely kind and competitive
