📋 Description

• Drive execution of transformation initiatives with Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners • Track financial and operational impact with rigor and transparency • Partner with Finance to validate business cases and monitor value realization • Identify and resolve delivery risks and escalate when needed • Run structured transformation cadence, including TO and ExCo meetings • Own governance of Wave for assigned workstreams • Support executive-level reporting and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Manager or Sr Analyst/Associate from top consulting firm, with strong performance trajectory • Experience in transformation, performance improvement, or large-scale value creation, including governance, stage-gates, and impact tracking • High fluency in McKinsey Wave preferred • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority • Strong program management across multiple workstreams • Clear and confident communicator comfortable with ExCo-level engagement • Highly organized and execution-oriented in fast-paced environments • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
