📋 Description

• The Director Sales - Distribution will be accountable for developing the strategy and execution plans to maximize our revenue growth through key distributor partners in our PES Segment. • Responsible for leading and driving sales growth of our broad line of electric motors, blowers, pumps, control systems and power transmission products with strategic distributors in North America. • This key leadership role will have direct responsibility for our key distributor team and maintaining strong working relationships with C-Suite and Field Leadership teams within this Distributor network. • Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales deployment to drive market share growth with distribution. • Create and drive a vision that ensures ongoing sense of focus, direction and urgency throughout the distribution sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Technical or related field or 15+ years relevant experience • 10+ years industry sales leadership and success – especially distribution sales and channel strategy • Experience leading a team with direct reports • Experience in balancing internal and external demands and responsibilities in a matrix environment • Experience building and converting a CRM opportunity funnel • Strong customer orientation with ability to build executive level relationships • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer skills – Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
