📋 Description
• Manage the territory strategically to meet assigned sales goals • Develop and implement the territory business plan based on market analysis, integrating brand marketing plans • Timely update the plan based on market dynamics • Utilize key data sources to strategically develop the territory action plan • Perform all required administrative tasks, including expense reports, marketing reports, field insights, and visit reports • Operate in compliance with Regeneron's regulatory guidelines and legal compliance • Attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed • Collaborate with alliance partners to achieve overarching goals
🎯 Requirements
• At least five (5) years of experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry at the hospital level • Previous experience in the biological market strongly preferred • Experience in Dermatology and/or Immunology considered a plus • Excellent customer interaction skills, focusing on value creation • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills • Strong planning and organizational skills • Ability to effectively present ideas to individuals or groups, tailoring presentations to the audience's needs • Ability to work independently to complete strategic and tactical plans under tight deadlines • Computer literacy, including the ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database software, and email
