📋 Description

• Support Health Care Practitioner offices in obtaining appropriate access to Regeneron products for patients • Ensure optimal access, effective pull-through, and understanding of access services and program support related to the Regeneron product portfolio • Support company and divisional reimbursement strategy for Regeneron products within various payer segments • Navigate across multiple internal stakeholders, sales teams, Payer teams, Alliance partners, HUBs • Report to the District Manager of Field Market Access • Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations to act as a process and payer subject matter expert • Complete a strategic tactical plan for execution of Alliance products access and reimbursement initiatives • Complete established performance parameters and monitor personal performance • Provide process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support services to educate physician offices regarding coverage and streamline coverage and specialty pharmacy processes • Establish and maintain knowledge on the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for assigned products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics working in a matrix environment • 2 years Reimbursement experience • Experience with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network • Biologic expertise (Specialty Pharmacy/Buy & Bill) • Ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders (Sales Directors, Medical Specialists, HUBs, Payer teams, Alliance partners) • Strong communication skills across regions and mediums • Ability to meet expectations of internal and external customers
