📋 Description

• Lead the team by providing relevant feedback, coaching, training, development planning, and managing talent effectively • Identify and share the best methodologies to improve team performance • Build and maintain positive relationships with Regeneron’s co-commercialization partners and expand the company’s reputation with Key Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) • Ensure the team has extensive knowledge of products, competitor therapies, and the environment to maximize commercial opportunities • Contribute to Regional and Local Account strategic plans by operationalizing them with tactical plans assigned to team members • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet revenue targets, take corrective actions when needed, and act in compliance with industry codes and Regeneron’s SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry • Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or similar, preferably in life sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology • At least 7+ years of sales experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector • Respiratory experience and experience working as part of an alliance are desirable • Comfortable with regular travel and have a valid driver's license • High level of English is required
