📋 Description

• responsible for a variety of customer engagement activities such as meeting with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and representing our Oncology division at key meetings • identify key people in Oncology and tailor calls based on individual and account requirements • establish and lead high quality HCP interactions by keeping scientific knowledge around the product up to date • consistently deliver on the value proposition for the brand and ensure brand objectives are met • manage professional account planning and management of all key accounts • develop and implement a local account plan based on key data sources • collaborate closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs • leverage digital communication channels to achieve the best share of voice in the market • report results and developments proactively to the Germany leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 'pharmaceutical sales representative' (Pharmaberater:in / Pharmareferent:in) qualification • 5+ years of sales experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector including Oncology experience • proficiency in German as well as conversational English language skills • readiness for very frequent travel • driver's license cl. 3/B
