📋 Description

• Build and execute a comprehensive Client Operations and Transformation Strategy that aligns with client needs, timelines, and productivity goals • Lead and scale a team of 60+ employees and global partners • Own end-to-end delivery operations, including SLAs, process efficiency, capacity forecasting, and quality assurance • Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor output, productivity, and client satisfaction • Drive process automation, workflow optimization, and cost reduction while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards • Leverage AI tools and process improvements to enable faster service delivery and better utilize professional services team’s expertise • Build a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement • Coach managers to develop future leaders, ensuring strong succession planning and organizational depth • Work closely with Sales to understand client commitments and ensure delivery readiness • Collaborate with Finance and HR on headcount forecasting, performance incentives, and resource planning • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards within operations workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading mid/large service or operations teams (100+ people), preferably in professional services, SaaS, or compliance-driven environments • Proven record of driving transformative operational excellence, process improvement, and automation at scale • Strong executive communication skills; proven success in presenting data-driven insights and influencing cross-functional leaders • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Product leadership to deliver measurable client outcomes • Demonstrated ability to lead in a remote, high-performance environment • Experience leading and incorporating offshore support teams into service delivery operations • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
