• Serve as a centralized operational resource for Envestnet account administration on behalf of Advisors and Financial Service Associates (FSAs) • Complete onboarding of new TAMP accounts • Process ongoing account maintenance and modifications as directed by the Advisor • Enter, monitor, and complete service requests within the TAMP and related custodial platforms • Maintain an organized and prioritized task queue • Execute advisor‑directed model changes, portfolio reallocations, and account goal modifications • Ensure all account activity, service actions, and notes are documented accurately • Partner with Advisors, FSAs, Compliance, and Operations teams to research issues • Assist with the development, documentation, and refinement of standardized TAMP workflows • Support training and onboarding efforts
• Bachelor's degree preferred • 2 - 3 years of administrative support experience, ideally within a financial services or technology-driven environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy in account administration and data entry • Strong technology aptitude • Ability to follow detailed instructions while applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team-based environment
