📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering teams to promote DevOps principles, automation, and shared platform capabilities. • Contribute to onboarding and training efforts by preparing materials and assisting in sessions on Engineering Systems tools, DevOps practices, and platform services. • Maintain and improve workflows automation, orchestration pipelines, and supporting infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability. • Work closely with teammates and adjacent teams to align enablement efforts with technical roadmaps and best practices. • Create and maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and how-to guides for internal tools and services. • Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving reliability and observability of Engineering Systems. • Support the collection and reporting of adoption and performance metrics to inform enablement improvements. • Participate in Communities of Practice and knowledge-sharing sessions to spread best practices across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). • Familiarity with containerization and artifact management tools (e.g., Docker, Artifactory). • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, with Azure preferred. • Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication and documentation skills. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices. • Awareness of metrics-driven improvement and a willingness to contribute to data-informed decisions.
