📋 Description

• Lead major initiatives within our AI strategy and own key functions and teams within our AI strategy. • Assist other US leaders with Poland-based staffing to make the most of their team’s talents and gifts. • Develop the practices to effectively and efficiently onboard engineers and grow our AI skillsets in the Poland office. • Represent Relativity’s AI strategy, key product efforts, and teams/functions in Poland. • Mentor talent within the AI engineering team to promote career development, risk-taking, innovation, and create a culture of learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging data for knowledge retrieval, search, and ML/AI-based solutions in production environments for mission-critical use cases • Experience within a cloud environment, leveraging big data infrastructure, data processing, and data science toolset, and cloud native component selection. • Experience with privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA. • Experience building and leading software teams and organizations, key initiatives, and transformation strategies within a global, scaled software organization. • Proven leadership skills and track record of delivering complex technical solutions. • Experience in selecting products, tools, and vendor negotiation. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience collaborating with data science teams with conceptual knowledge of data science project lifecycles and techniques. • Experience creating processes and systems to manage data quality. • Experience running systems in either AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. • Experience in modern programming languages and computing environments in cloud environments. • Experience in a SaaS/Cloud environment with distributed teams and systems. • Experience launching new products. • Experience managing BI and creating customer insights/dashboards. • Experience in machine learning and statistics.
